General Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose
   Welcome to www.lesbellesvagabondes.com.
   These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) aim to inform the consumer of the rights and obligations of both parties, namely the Buyer and SAS Studio Romancie, in the context of the sale of products on the website www.lesbellesvagabondes.com.
   Any order placed on the website implies the full acceptance of these T&Cs, which the Buyer acknowledges having read before confirming their order.
   The Buyer declares that the purchase is made for strictly personal use and that they have full legal capacity to commit.
   SAS Studio Romancie reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.

   SAS Studio Romancie, which markets products under the brand Les Belles Vagabondes, is a company with a capital of €10,000, registered under SIRET number 83886860200023.
   Head office: 88 rue du château, 07210 Chomerac, France.
3. Access to the Website
   The Buyer is responsible for arranging the necessary computer and telecommunications means to access the website www.lesbellesvagabondes.com. All costs related to accessing and using the site are the Buyer’s responsibility.
4. Orders
   4.1. Prices
   Product prices are indicated in euros, including VAT applicable in the country of delivery for European Union countries, and VAT at 20% for other countries, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added before the order is confirmed.
   Prices may be changed at any time by Les Belles Vagabondes, but the prices applied will be those in effect at the time of order registration.

4.2. Product Characteristics and Availability
In accordance with Article L111-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer can review the essential characteristics of the products on the site before placing an order.
Product offers are valid while stocks last. In case of stock shortages, Les Belles Vagabondes reserves the right to modify the product assortment. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual item received (due to display settings).

4.3. Ordering
Any order placed on www.lesbellesvagabondes.com implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. The Buyer confirms their order by clicking on the “Confirm Your Order” button, after which an email confirmation will be sent.
The sale is considered final after the order confirmation and full payment.

5. Payment
   Payment for the order must be made in full at the time of ordering. The Buyer may pay by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal, excluding American Express cards. In case of non-payment or payment issues, SAS Studio Romancie reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.
6. Delivery and Receipt
   6.1 General Terms
   Products are delivered to the address provided during the order. In the event of absence, the Buyer will receive a notice to reschedule delivery. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt. In case of doubt, the Buyer must:

• Make a note of reservations on the carrier’s delivery slip.
• Report the issue to SAS Studio Romancie.

6.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times are indicative and generally range from 1 to 7 working days. However, Les Belles Vagabondes commits to delivering within a maximum period of 30 days in accordance with Article L121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code. In case of non-delivery, the Buyer may cancel the order and obtain a refund.

6.3 Customs Duties
Any order placed on the website and delivered outside France may be subject to taxes and customs duties, which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and taxes, if any, related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer and fall under their responsibility. SAS Studio Romancie is not obligated to check or inform customers about applicable customs duties and taxes. It is up to the customer to inquire about these with the relevant authorities in their country.

7. Right of Withdrawal
   In accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fourteen calendar days from the receipt of products to return them at their own expense for a refund.
   The products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the purchase invoice to the following address:

   21 rue Mathieu VALLAT, 42230 ROCHE LA MOLIERE, France.
   Returns must be sent via registered mail. In case of deterioration or non-compliance of the returned products, they will neither be refunded nor exchanged. The Buyer may choose:

• An exchange for a product of equal value,
• A refund via bank transfer.
  The outbound shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer.

8. Warranty and Liability
   In case of a defective product or order error, the Buyer must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package. If the claim is valid, the products may be exchanged or refunded. SAS Studio Romancie cannot be held liable for any indirect damage related to the use of the site or products.
9. Retention of Title
   The products remain the property of SAS Studio Romancie until full payment has been received.

11. Personal Data
